Overview

Sadiq is a blockchain-based digital certificate platform that enables institutions to issue tamper-proof, verifiable documents — with permanent storage and independent verification.

The platform solves a critical problem: physical and PDF certificates are easily forged, manual verification is slow, and centralized databases are vulnerable.

Production-Ready

Problem

  • Visual TamperingPhysical and PDF certificates are easily forged with modern design tools — leaving no visual trace for the untrained eye.
  • Manual VerificationCompanies must contact the issuing institution via email or phone — one certificate at a time. Slow, costly, and error-prone.
  • Centralized RiskInternal databases are vulnerable to cyberattacks, server failures, or institutional closure — putting certificate validity at risk.
  • Operational FrictionInstitutions resist digital verification systems because they seem complex, require data migration, and come with rigid monthly fees.
  • Slow Certificate IssuanceTraditional printing takes days — design, print, sign, and distribute manually. There is no way to verify a certificate instantly at the moment it is issued.

Solution — Three Layers of Trust

On-Chain Proof

Polygon Blockchain — SHA-256 hash locked as timestamp proof

QR Code + Smart Card — anyone can verify authenticity

My Role

As Technical Project Lead & AI Orchestrator, I led the entire project from ideation to deployment:

  • Defined system architecture and technology stack
  • Built the two-phase worker pipeline (Arweave → Polygon)
  • Designed Smart Card and Visibility features with real-time preview
  • Managed the entire development process with AI as a development team
  • Documented every phase with blueprint, development logs, and problem-synthesis
